Planning a wedding comes with enough questions. Here are the ones we hear most.

Ask us anything

Will my favors arrive before the wedding?

Your order ships within 4 business days, including your free proof, and free FedEx shipping takes 1–3 business days anywhere in the US. If your date is close, message us before ordering and we can prioritize your favors so they arrive in about 4 business days.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes. Within 24 hours of your order we email you a free digital proof with your names and date. Revisions are unlimited. If we don't hear back within 24 hours, we treat the proof as approved so your favors ship on time.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes. Reply to your proof email with any changes before you approve it. Once printing starts, we can't make changes.

What's the minimum order?

20 pieces. The price per favor drops as your quantity grows: 5% off from 100, 10% from 200 and 15% from 300.

Can I return personalized favors?

Because each order is made with your names, we can't accept returns. If we make a printing mistake, we'll remake your order for free or give you a full refund.
