📝 Providing Personalization Details
When placing an order, you may be asked to provide personalization details such as:
• Names
• Dates
• Custom text or notes
• Design selections
• Quantity information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalization details are entered correctly and exactly as desired.
This includes spelling, capitalization, punctuation, and date formats.
👀 Design & Proofing
• We produce items exactly as the personalization details are submitted
• Unless otherwise stated, digital proofs are not provided before production
• By submitting your order, you approve the final design and content as entered
If you have special formatting requests or questions, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order.
⛔ Changes & Cancellations
Because our products are made to order:
• Personalization details cannot be changed once production has started
• Orders cannot be canceled after production begins
• Requests to modify names, dates, or text after submission cannot be guaranteed
🔎 Responsibility for Errors
Affiorezuna is not responsible for:
• Misspellings or incorrect information provided by the customer
• Formatting preferences (font size, layout spacing, line breaks)
• Design choices selected at checkout
Please double-check all personalization fields carefully before completing your purchase.

If there is an error caused by our production team (incorrect personalization compared to what was submitted), we will gladly:
• Replace the item at no additional cost or
• Offer an appropriate resolution after review
To report an issue:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include your order number and clear photos

Whether you're ordering for a wedding, baby shower, or corporate event — we keep everything clear and predictable.
Pick the option you want (Only Bottle Openers, + Thank You Card, or + Gift Bag) and set your quantity. Our minimum order quantity is clearly shown on the product page.
Enter the names/event text and the date exactly as you want them printed. If you choose the Thank You Card option, you’ll also add your note.
Before production, we review your personalization to reduce mistakes. If something looks unclear, we reach out to confirm — especially for larger quantities.
Your order is made to order and typically ready in 4–5 business days. We pack carefully to avoid damage during shipping.
You’ll receive tracking as soon as your package ships. Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method.
If you have a special request (rush timing, custom text, large order), message us and we’ll help you plan it.
