At Affiorezuna, each product is made to order and personalized specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

❗ Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

All of our products are custom-made based on the personalization details you provide (names, dates, designs, quantities, etc.).

For this reason:

• Personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable

• We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect personalization details entered by the customer

• Change of mind after production has started

• Differences in personal expectations (font size, layout preference, or color tone)

✅ Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We do stand behind our quality. You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• There is a manufacturing defect

• You received the wrong item or incorrect personalization due to our error

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photos showing the issue

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Refund

We cannot offer refunds or replacements if:

• The personalization details were entered incorrectly

• The order was approved and production has started

• The issue is due to normal wear, misuse, or handling after delivery

📦 Shipping Issues

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier are not refundable

• We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

💳 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
